Are you PCI compliant?

All solutions that RecPay offers are 100% PCI compliant. We do require that a compliance be conducted once a year, either by phone, email or via our online protal. This questionnare serves to ensure you remain compliant moving forward.

What is the term to Rec Pay contracts?

We do not have any specified term to our processing contracts. We know that you have options in this industry and we strive to keep our prices low and our customer service high. As such, you are free to leave at any time, free of penalty.

Will I be charged any additional setup fees?

The cost to start processing with Rec Pay is always $0.00. If there are any costs associated with programming, shipping, or integration we cover them.

Do you have any other clients in my area to act as a referral?

Absolutely, we have clients in nearly every state and would be happy to furnish any number of references upon request.

I don't see my gateway listed, can you work with them?

Yes! We can work with any technology that is currently on the market. If we haven't worked with them before, we have the necessary inroads in place to accomplish any transition.

Do you support EMV Chip card technology?

Yes, while not every gateway and processing platform currently supports EMV, we know how to implement the ones that do with ease.

How long does it take to get an account approved?

Because we work predominantly with government entities, our underwriting process is streamlined and extremely efficient. From the time we get the contracts back into our office, we can generally have your software or terminal integrated or delivered within 48 hours.
